While I don't think Wikis can be adapted to manage things like my LifeSchedule, they're good enough for simple logs like DietTracker, SleepJournal, and WorkoutSchedule.

Even in this domain, however, it wouldn't work well for data that depend on previous data or have other mathematical (in addition to factual) components. A ToysInventory, for instance, really needs spreadsheet functionality for sums & averages & such to be computed painlessly. A MileageLog lies somewhere in between -- it would be nice for some calculations to be automated, but the record is the important thing.
