I prefer petite girls, let's say 4'11" - 5'5" or so. Large boobs (C cup, though I'm hardly a judge having never worked for Victoria's Secret) have been attractive on some girls when in proportion, but small is fine too; I suppose it really doesn't matter, if I think the girl is cute to begin with. Similarly weight: it's not just that anything from thin (not rail-thin!) to moderately curvy is ok, it's that it just doesn't matter much in the overall determination, where the latter is what counts.
Asses I honestly have no idea how to judge. Frankly, I'm not even sure what to look for, save that "big" (in what dimension?) is good if you're the subject of a hip-hop song. To some people an ass is apparently very important, but considering that to view it you have to look away from the face, why bother?
Age. I'll be honest: young is very attractive. Not everyone I'm attracted to is under 21, but those that aren't usually have kept some universal "cute" features (see anime for exaggerations thereof). I do feel slightly weird hitting on the incoming freshmen, but that's mostly because I've been away from the college game for too long. On the one hand, that is my little sister's age; on the other, there's no denying I'd look leeringly at my littler (16) sister's friends if there wasn't such a maturity gap. Bah, blame it on poptones and the Olsen twins.
Intelligence: I've refined this requirement in the light of recent events, but the central determinant remains: yes please! Actual geekery isn't necessary so long as my own is tolerated, I can't abide by anyone who can't hold a highly intellectual conversation, refuses to be challenged by new topics, or doesn't read books not assigned by school.
Edit: forgot to mention musicality! I have a total weakness for french horn players (9/14 girls I've been "officially" attracted to since the start of high school), but have been known to venture into the woodwinds or even orchestra/voice on occasion. The chance to once again survey the field in all its breadth has reminded me that this requirement is not strictly necessary, but its absence mandates a major rise of the intelligence bar.
